Basic Economic Education

Teach Youth and Young Adults about the importance money management
Instruct on the importance of savings.
Teach on the purpose of building credit
Every 2nd Saturday from 1pm - 2pm.

Real Estate Development

Purchase and Renovate Vacant Properties along the corridor of Pennsylvania Ave and within the PENN-NORTH community for the purpose of redeveloping properties for businesses use and occupancy.

Tourism (FET Model)

FET Model focuses on arranging tours centering around Food, Entertainment and Tourism.
We are in partnership with MainStreet, BAD and other organizations in the PENN-NORTH area to conduct tours where patrons can enjoy the culture.
Our goal is to tap into the 5 Billion Dollar a year tourism industry that comes to Baltimore City every year.

Turn Donated vacant properties into Community Assets
Work with Peter Brooks (Cab's Grandson) to facilitate tours
Provide Hands on Business and Customer Service experience for youth
Provide Jobs for Adults

Serve Safe Training

Provide space for the Training of youth and young adults.
Provide funding to sponsor Individual and Group Certifications.
Partner with locale organizations to provide hands on training.
Partner with Grateful Deli to help facilitate training.
