Purchase and Renovate Vacant Properties along the corridor of Pennsylvania Ave and within the PENN-NORTH community for the purpose of redeveloping properties for businesses use and occupancy.

Tourism (FET Model)

FET Model focuses on arranging tours centering around Food, Entertainment and Tourism.

We are in partnership with MainStreet, BAD and other organizations in the PENN-NORTH area to conduct tours where patrons can enjoy the culture.

Our goal is to tap into the 5 Billion Dollar a year tourism industry that comes to Baltimore City every year.
